At Telares, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery services. Below, we outline our shipping policies, including processes and associated costs.
Domestic Shipping
2.1. Free Shipping: At Telares, we strive to make shopping affordable and convenient. All orders with a total value over RD$5,000 will be shipped at no additional cost within the national territory.
2.2. Fixed Shipping Fee: For orders with a total value under RD$5,000, a fixed shipping fee of RD$500 will apply. This fee covers all expenses related to processing and delivering your order within the Dominican Republic.
International Shipping
3.1. Shipping Cost: International shipments require a detailed fee calculation, which includes shipping costs, customs duties, and possible additional charges. Once an order is placed, a detailed estimate of these costs will be sent to the customer for approval before the order and shipment are processed. Cost confirmation per shipment will take 1–2 business days.
3.2. International Shipping Disclaimer: Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees and duties depending on each country’s regulations. These costs will be confirmed based on the shipment’s volume and destination. Telares has no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Any additional customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer and will be validated with them in advance.
Processing and Delivery Times
4.1. Order Processing: Your order will be received and processed within 2–3 hours after placement. Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Orders will be prepared for shipping within 24–48 business hours after confirmation. This timeframe may vary during periods of high demand or holidays.
4.2. Delivery Times:

Domestic: Orders are generally delivered within 2–4 business days after processing.

International: Delivery times may vary significantly depending on the destination and the speed of customs procedures, but they are generally completed within 7–21 days.
Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing the order. We are not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your shipment via our website or directly on the carrier’s page.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving notification of successful delivery. If the product arrives damaged, you must contact us before acknowledging receipt with the carrier so that we can resolve the issue.
